Jill Shalless has worked and taught as an artist in Australia for many years winning numerous prizes (see below).
She was also East Midlands Artist of the Year in 1993 when she came to England for a period and has exhibited extensively throughout Australia and England.
Jill states "Making art occupies much of my life and provides me with great satisfaction., that it can convey something to others is a genuine source of happiness. In teaching this same joy and reverence comes whilst sharing the challenge of depicting our beautiful world".
