Vintage 1960's Robert Thompson 'Mouseman' Oak Table and 8 Chairs!

Stunning vintage 1960's Robert Thompson 'Mouseman' dining set to be exhibited at the forthcoming Winter Antiques & Art Fair at London Olympia from 1st - 6th November 2022

Original highly sought after deep rich oak colour with a warm patina,'Mouseman' dining table and chairs including 2 carvers and fantastic signature mice on all chair legs and the larger one on the table!

The table is doweled together (Mouseman stopped this from 1970 now glueing only) which are the rarer vintage tables.

The chairs are all in great condition with mint frames and mice. The seats are the 'stone' colour as was made originally with the original seat studs intact. The colour and condition are in keeping with its age now over 60 years old!The table is 183 cms long x 87 cms wide x 74cms high.The carver chairs are 90 cms high x 45cms wide x 48s long and single chairs are 85 cms x 44cms x 43cms.Each chair has individually hand carved lattice work backs all matching and in perfect original condition.It's a beautiful centrepiece set and just cannot stop stroking that Adzed table top! It looks like water gently rolling down a stream and the patina can only be that colour with its age.
